Four Idaho National Laboratory leaders have been named to Diversity MBA’s Top 100 Under 50 Emerging Leaders list for their outstanding achievements in leadership, education and in the community.

Diversity MBA, a national leadership organization integrating diversity and inclusion with talent management, recognized this year’s winners for their impacts on leadership in their companies and communities.

INL’s 2023 awardees are:

Michelle Crane, manager, Organizational Performance Management
Trevor Skeen, manager, Advanced Test Reactor Experiment Engineering
Lynn Wendt, Ph.D., director, Biomass Feedstock National User Facility
Kristen Willis, manager, MFC Waste Management Integration and Transport Operations

A feature article showcasing each winner’s brief biography and photo will appear in the Winter 2023 Top 100 Under 50 issue of Diversity MBA Magazine, which will be distributed to nearly 2 million readers in print and digital formats.

“I’m thrilled to see these talented and high-performing employees honored for their hard work,” said the lab’s Science and Technology Deputy Laboratory Director and Chief Research Officer Dr. Marianne Walck. “This recognition is so well-deserved and enhances our continued visibility and reputation for employing, supporting and empowering an inclusively diverse workforce.”

Each awardee passed a rigorous screening process and can only receive the award once. They must have an advanced degree or certification. Each winner is invited to attend Diversity MBA’s 17th annual National Business Leaders Conference and Awards Gala in Chicago, Sept. 27-28.
