The RELAP5-3D development team has an extensive verification suite that is used to validate the code prior to release. However, users may perform RELAP5-3D analyses that extend the code beyond the boundary conditions of its development assessment. For such applications, users should submit all code errors so that they can be addressed in future code releases.

Resolution of submitted user trouble reports are prioritized by:
- Error impact on the IRUG membership
- Extent of required code modifications.
- Existence of experiment data to validate the required code modifications.
