About
K-12 STEM Education
Vision
Strengthening America’s energy future by developing a robust domestic STEM talent pipeline—starting in the K–12 system and engaging our tribal partners is critical to national energy innovation and security.
Mission
Prepare the next generation of scientists, engineers, and skilled technical workers by expanding high-quality STEM learning across Idaho and the greater region. Engage students, educators, and families; empower INL employees as mentors and role models; and establish strong tribal partnerships to drive regional workforce development aligned with the Lab’s mission.
