Medical, Prescription Drug Coverage, Dental and Vision Plans
Medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans are offered to meet the individual needs of eligible employees and their families.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Health Savings Account (HSA)
Health care and dependent care FSAs and HSAs are offered and allow employees to pay for certain unreimbursed health care or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
INL provides group life/AD&D insurance at no cost for eligible employees and offers additional life/AD&D for employees, spouse/partner, and children.
Disability Insurance
INL provides both paid short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) at no cost to eligible employees. STD benefits are payable for up to six months. LTD will begin to pay benefits after six months of continuous total disability.
INL Employee Investment Plan 401(k)
The INL Employee Investment Plan offers the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) savings plan. Employee contributions can be designated on a pre-tax, Roth, or after-tax basis. Eligible employees also receive an INL core contribution and a company match to their contributions.
Personal and Other Leaves
Personal leave (PL) may be used for vacation, personal business, or absences due to illness or injury. Eligible employees accrue PL on a weekly basis.
Eligible employees are also provided with paid holiday leave, floating holiday leave, parental bonding leave, military leave, and adoption assistance.
