What is an INL High School STEM Ambassador?

Are you a high school student with a passion for STEM and a desire to inspire the next generation? The High School STEM Ambassador Program is your chance to make a difference! Over the course of five weeks, you’ll gain valuable teaching and leadership experience by delivering interactive STEM lessons to elementary students, all while enhancing your college applications and building your resume.

The program runs from April 24 to May 22, with training and wrap-up sessions held at the Critical Materials and Energy Systems Innovation Center (formerly CAES) in Idaho Falls. Classroom visits to local schools will be assigned later. Training sessions will be held Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon, and participants must provide their own transportation.
