IDAHO FALLS — Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA), operator of Idaho National Laboratory, is accepting grant applications for charitable donations from now through Oct. 30. The link for submitting 2020 community donation requests is available at: https://inl.gov/inl-initiatives/community-outreach/

“INL is Idaho’s national lab,” said Rae Moss, INL director of Communications and Outreach. “We are pleased to be able to invest in our community and partner with others to make this a great place to live and raise a family.”

BEA is dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community and region through charitable contributions to organizations that provide for the basic needs of children, people at risk, and underserved communities. The lab is committed to supporting inclusive and diverse community efforts that offer a positive quality of life in our region through environmental and sustainability programs, veterans support efforts, culture and the arts, particularly in rural and underserved communities.

“The challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic have illustrated the strength that resides within our diverse nonprofit community,” said Misty Benjamin, INL Philanthropic program manager. “We are proud to support charitable organizations providing valuable resources across Idaho.”
