Bus operation to the Materials and Fuels Complex will provide 9 A.M transportation to the site. All Idaho Falls and Rigby MFC day buses will be using Hwy-20, due to improved conditions at this time.

Due to severe weather and poor road conditions, all outbound and inbound Idaho National Laboratory bus shuttles from Idaho Falls to Site facilities will not operate today, Feb. 21. The on-site shuttles and shift buses will run on their normal schedules.

Normal bus operation to MFC is delayed until 9 a.m.; however, all other facilities will have normal operations.

Idaho National Laboratory is delaying normal bus operation to the Materials and Fuels Complex until 9 a.m.; however, all other facilities will have normal operations. MFC shift buses are running on schedule. The buses to MFC (day shift 4/10) will load at the regular locations at 9 a.m.

INL is rerouting buses through U.S. Highway 26 to support operations today due to severe weather and poor road conditions, all other operations at Idaho National Laboratory, Idaho Environmental Coalition and the U.S. Department of Energy are operating normally at the Site and town facilities. INL advises all employees in personal vehicles to avoid U.S. Highway 20 from Idaho Falls to the junction with U.S. Highway 26 (commonly known as the “Puzzle”) as the Idaho Transportation Department is working to clear snow drifts. Site employees are advised to travel on U.S. Highways 26 and 33 to reach Site locations.
